60 DAY RETURNS POLICY

At Swan and Mantis we want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. We are happy to provide store credit or refund for any items that are unopened and unused within 60 days of purchase and have not been marked as, Short Coded at the time of purchase (unless faulty). 

CHANGE OF MIND

If you have changed your mind about an item you have ordered, we will need to receive it back to us in the same condition it was delivered to you – unopened, unused and in original packaging. The return shipping is at the customer's expense.

INCORRECT ITEM / DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL

If you have received a faulty or damaged item, or an item that you did not order, please take a photo, and contact us within 7 days of your order arriving.
